Job summary

Ritter Center is seeking a Supported Employment Program Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team in San Rafael, CA. This full-time role oversees the IPS program, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practice and strong client outcomes while training and supervising Employment Specialists.

The position partners with BHRS, expands collaboration with Marin County, and ensures compliance with Medi-Cal and BHRS standards. A CA driver’s license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, rehabilitation, counseling, social work, psychology, public health, or related field.
• Experience in supported employment and/or community job placement services.
• Experience in behavioral health field and supervisory experience.
• Valid CA driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IPS program fidelity and provide training and supervision to Employment Specialists.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff, setting expectations for job starts and employment rates.
• Coordinate with BHRS Full Service teams and attend monthly treatment team meetings.
• Monitor documentation, billing, and QA against BHRS standards and Medi-Cal requirements.
• Lead IPS fidelity reviews and coordinate with California IPS Center of Excellence.
• Prepare for audits and reporting reviews; supervise employment specialists and benefits staff.
