K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Supportive Employment Program Manager to oversee the SEP, integrating vocational goals with behavioral health treatment plans. This on-site and community-based role focuses on staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and outcomes-based employment support.

The position requires a bachelor's in a related field, licensure considerations in Maryland, and IPS experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Maryland licensure as LMSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC preferred; required if role includes clinical rehab planning or documentation.
CPRP certification.
HIPAA training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Supervise SEP staff, ensuring services align with IRPs.
Coordinate client referrals, intakes, and assessments for SEP participation.
Monitor employment outcomes and Medicaid billing compliance.
Oversee vocational goal-setting, placement, job coaching, and retention support.
Integrate SEP plans with OMHC and PRP treatment teams.
Ensure accurate documentation per COMAR and CARF standards.
Train staff in IPS or similar evidence-based models.
Develop and maintain employer partnerships to facilitate opportunities.
Participate in internal audits, QAPI reviews, and program improvement efforts.
Ensure HIPAA compliant working practices.
Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning.
