Job summary

NARA Northwest in Portland, OR is seeking a Supported Employment Supervisor to lead a team of specialists and help clients achieve competitive employment using the IPS fidelity model. The role requires a Master's in a related field, an active QMHP-R credential, and at least two years of post-graduate mental health experience.

You will supervise, collaborate with clinicians, and engage with community partners.

Qualifications

• Must have an active QMHP-R credential with MHACBO.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate mental health experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of supported employment specialists and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain IPS fidelity model compliance and coordinate with OSECE and partners.
• Manage a caseload and support clients toward competitive employment.
• Develop individual employment plans in collaboration with clinicians.
