Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. in Portland, OR is hiring a Supported Employment Supervisor to lead a team of specialists, ensure IPS fidelity, and help clients achieve competitive employment in the community.

This in person role requires a Master’s in a related field, a QMHP-R credential, at least two years of post-graduate mental health experience, and driving eligibility.

Formación

• Master's degree required.
• Active QMHP-R credential through MHACBO.
• Minimum two years post-graduate mental health experience.
• Must meet driving requirements and have valid license.
• Pre-employment drug test and background checks required.
• Experience with IPS fidelity model preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of supported employment specialists.
• Coordinate with OSECE and community partners.
• Maintain caseload with split supervisor/direct client work.
• Engage clients toward competitive employment in the community.
• Assist clients with understanding earned income effects on benefits.
• Develop employment plans and coordinate with clinicians.
• Provide outreach to employers and partners.
• Act as liaison between clients and employers.
• Lead and work as part of a team.
