Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA seeks a Supported Employment and Service Coordination Supervisor to oversee IPS-based employment programs within the Adult Outpatient Center. This leadership role focuses on clinical and employment outcomes, supervision, and program quality improvement.

You will supervise up to ten employment specialists, provide training, coordinate with courts, probation, and external partners, and report to the Chief Clinical Officer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia as an LCSW/LMSW, LPC/APC, or LMFT/LAMFT.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and track biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning (in person or via telehealth).
• Evaluate referrals for group appropriateness and collaborate with group leaders to develop tailored treatment interventions.
• Manage discharges and coordinate transitions to other programs.
• Document and communicate updates to external partners (courts, parole/probation, NGRI/IST, etc.).
• Attend and report at monthly NGRI/IST meetings and monthly supported employment meetings with client updates.
