Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks an experienced employment specialist to deliver IPS Model SEE services for individuals enrolled in the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program. You will work within the FEP team to promote employment and educational goals, coordinating with community employers and schools to support client outcomes.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, performing vocational assessments, and providing job coaching and support to help achieve treatment and level of care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Valid Washington State license/credential or ability to obtain within 60 days from hire date.
• Must have access to a car, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide IPS Model SEE services to help clients find and maintain employment or school enrollment.
• Engage enrolled consumers on the economic, social, medical and recovery benefits of employment or education.
• Assess consumer interests, abilities, barriers, and strengths through a vocational/educational assessment per the IPS Model of SEE.
