Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide supported education and employment services to FEP participants.
Maintain a caseload of up to 20 individuals across 23 counties.
Participate in treatment team meetings.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and educational institutions.
Assist participants in academic and vocational activities.
Conduct community outreach to build partnerships.
Complete documentation and reports.
Work flexible hours as needed.
