Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supported education and employment services to FEP participants.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 20 individuals across 23 counties.
• Participate in treatment team meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and educational institutions.
• Assist participants in academic and vocational activities.
• Conduct community outreach to build partnerships.
• Complete documentation and reports.
• Work flexible hours as needed.
