Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness or homelessness.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass required background screens.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with area employers to create job opportunities for clients.
• Manage a caseload of 20–25 individuals and address barriers to employment.
• Follow evidence-based curricula and track progress in EHR and fidelity paperwork.
• Represent the agency in local and statewide labor market activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and outreach to support employment goals.
