Foster McKay seeks a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to guide global financial reporting as the company grows toward an IFRS/US GAAP-compliant, U.S.-listed framework. You will partner with Finance, Consolidation, Tax, and External auditors to ensure robust disclosures and strong controls.

The role requires CPA and 7+ years of experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting, with deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and advanced Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Knowledge of SEC regulations, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Experience with complex financial disclosures.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Lead preparation and coordination of SEC reporting (Forms 20-F, 6-K).
• Support MD&A disclosures and regulatory filings accuracy.
• Improve reporting processes and tools, including XBRL involvement.
• Develop technical accounting memos and group policies.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
