remote work is seeking an IT Controls & Compliance Manager to implement IT controls for the SOX program ahead of IPO. You will ensure data integrity across engineering, security, and finance to design and operationalize ITGC and ITAC controls.

The role is high-impact with opportunities to influence governance, risk, and compliance practices globally and across multiple frameworks as the function expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, or information security.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SOX IT components, ITGC, ITAC.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its risk landscape.
• Knowledge of data management and information integrity.
• Fundamentals of information security processes.
• Flexible and ownership-minded; capable of building, not just maintaining.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess business process risks.
• Design and implement ITGC and ITAC controls for SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and security to assess control effectiveness.
• Support internal and external audits and manage findings.
• Work toward PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 as the function grows.
• Contribute to BCP/DRP planning across jurisdictions.
• Continuously improve IT security processes and control environments.
