Anthropic is seeking an experienced SOX & Internal Audit professional to own the SOX 404 program, coordinate with external auditors, and drive the GRC rollout as we scale toward an IPO. You will refine scoping, risk assessment, and deficiency tracking, while implementing AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Big 4 SOX 404 or ICFR experience
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and PBC requests
• Hands-on SOX 404 experience and control documentation
• Familiarity with COSO, ICFR, PCAOB standards
• Experience implementing or administering a GRC system
• Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Own the annual SOX audit calendar with testing windows and deliverable dates
• Serve as the main contact for external auditor requests and evidence deliveries
• Coordinate walkthroughs with process and control owners
• Track findings, responses, and remediation status for Internal Audit leadership
• Prepare owners for auditor sessions and secure timely evidence without direct authority
• Lead SOX scoping, risk assessment, and quarterly refreshes, supporting fraud risk assessment
