Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day IT compliance activities, support SOX and ITGC processes, and drive audit readiness.

This role partners with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance, and business stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and regulatory adherence. The successful candidate will manage governance documentation, risk assessments, and data reconciliation while balancing hands-on project work within a

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, risk management or related governance function
• Experience developing and maintaining Risk and Control Matrices, process flows, remediation plans
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred for this role

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance in building the overall compliance strategy and roadmap
• Assist in implementing and supporting an enterprise GRC platform with risk and control matrices, evidence collection workflows, and dashboards
• Assist in tracking and delivering key compliance initiatives with status updates
• Provide SME support to system leads and business partners on control execution and change management
