Job summary

Authentic Brands Group seeks a Director of SEC Reporting to build and lead the SEC reporting function as the company moves toward its IPO. You will oversee preparation of SEC filings, MD&A, and related disclosures, coordinating with finance, legal, and external advisers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will establish scalable reporting processes, maintain disclosure controls, and stay current with evolving SEC rules, including S-X, S-K, and non-GAAP measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Active CPA license is required; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, GAAP and regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of the company’s SEC filings and financial disclosures.
• Manage end‑to‑end SEC reporting processes and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers on reporting.
• Develop scalable reporting calendars and disclosure controls.
• Ensure compliance with Regulations S-X and S-K, MD&A, and non-GAAP measures.
• Monitor SEC rules and transform disclosures for investor communications.
