You’ll share knowledge with teammates and help customers with care, on and off the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Strong communication and empathy when helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Deepen knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes to support high-quality repairs.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Share knowledge with the team and provide feedback to Apple on recurring issues.
• Identify potential root causes of issues and educate others on findings.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple values.
