• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Present product and service recommendations to customers.
• Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a continuous improvement process.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and foster an inclusive environment.
