Job summary

KSM Electronics Inc. is seeking a Training Programs Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain IPC certification and quality training across the organization.

This role ensures employees are trained and certified in IPC standards and quality procedures to improve product quality and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes hands-on coaching on the manufacturing floor, coordination with Engineering and HR, and ongoing improvement of training materials and records to support audits and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics, manufacturing quality, or related fields.
• Certifications such as Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) preferred or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver IPC certification and recertification training.
• Conduct new hire quality orientation and manufacturing workmanship training.
• Evaluate employee workmanship and certify operators based on IPC and company quality requirements.
• Maintain training records, certification status, and recertification schedules.
• Develop training materials, presentations, work instructions, and competency assessments.
• Provide hands-on coaching on the production floor to reinforce quality standards.
• Identify training needs through quality metrics, audits, and feedback.
• Support internal audits, CAPA, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and HR to ensure training coverage.
