Job summary

SEAKR Engineering seeks a Production Trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain training for Electronics Assembly Technicians and Quality Inspectors. You will own training compliance, onboarding, certification tracking, and audit-ready records.

This onsite role reports to EHS & Facilities Manager, with up to 10% travel for certification and training across manufacturing areas. Qualifications include 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, ability to obtain IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.
• Ability to obtain/maintain IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 credentials; CIT preferred.
• Teach and demonstrate hands-on electronics workmanship and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training using IPC standards, procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
• Maintain training and qualification matrix; manage expirations, onboarding, enrollment, scheduling, and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with EHS, Facilities, and Production to deliver safety and PPE training and address process changes.
