Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator in Minneapolis to manage training needs by position, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain training records across production and support staff.

Responsibilities include training new production employees, certifying to IPC standards, and designing programs. Proficiency with Excel and QCBD is preferred; CST/IPC certifications are highly valued, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of applicable experience in manufacturing or training
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Experience maintaining training records and matrices

Responsibilities

• Train all new production employees to system documents.
• Audit and test employees at production and support processes to certify proficiency.
• Maintain training matrix and individual training records using Excel, QCBD, and manual filing systems.
• Train and certify to IPC 600, 610 and J-STD; attend CIT courses as required.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or manager input.
• Design, plan, and organize training programs for employees.
• Present information with various instructional formats (team exercises, discussions, individual instruction).
• Deliver training using video, PowerPoint and verbal instruction.
• Flexibility in hours and shifts across three shifts.
• Other duties as assigned
