Bridgeline Solutions seeks an Intellectual Property Trademark Paralegal to support its Trademark, Copyright & Branding Practice Group. The role focuses on managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, preparing and filing U.S. and foreign applications, renewals, and related documents.

You will monitor deadlines, coordinate with foreign associates, and help with enforcement, copyrights, and IP due diligence. Strong paralegal experience and a certificate are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal experience in trademark supporting large domestic and international portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, TTAB and international trademark procedures.
• Experience with trademark docketing systems and deadline management.
• Paralegal certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios for a diverse client base.
• Prepare, file, and maintain U.S. and foreign trademark applications, renewals, assignments, and related prosecution documents.
• Conduct trademark searches, monitor deadlines, and maintain docket accuracy.
• Handle USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and Copyright Office filings and correspondence.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement matters.
• Support copyright registrations, domain name management, ownership transfers, and IP due diligence projects.
• Prepare status reports and communicate regularly with attorneys, clients, and foreign counsel regarding portfolio activity and deadlines.
• Assist with trademark enforcement matters, watch notices, adverse proceedings, and special IP projects.

Our client, an Am Law Firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Trademark Paralegal supporting their Trademark, Copyright & Branding Practice Group. This position is available in select Midwest and Southwest markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios for a diverse client base.
• Prepare, file, and maintain U.S. and foreign trademark applications, renewals, assignments, and related prosecution documents.
• Conduct trademark searches, monitor deadlines, and maintain docket accuracy.
• Handle USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and Copyright Office filings and correspondence.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement matters.
