Qualifications

• Active California Bar Admission in good standing.
• 2+ years of trademark and copyright litigation and counseling experience.
• Strong trial experience in fast-paced, high-volume practices.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on development, protection, licensing, and enforcement of IP assets.
• Advise on trademark clearance, prosecution strategies, and portfolio management.
• Handle trademark and copyright disputes and litigation matters.
• Provide guidance on ownership, licensing, and fair use issues.
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in commercial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, memoranda, agreements, and client communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with strategic, business-focused counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Remain current on developments in trademark, copyright, media, and IP law.
