Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experience in trademark & copyright litigation and counseling.
• Strong trial experience and comfort with fast-paced, high-volume practices.
• Experience with trademark clearance and prosecution strategy, portfolio management, ownership matters, licensing and fair use, and enforcement of IP rights.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on development, protection, licensing, and enforcement of trademark and copyright assets.
• Advise on trademark clearance, prosecution strategies, and portfolio management.
• Handle disputes and litigation matters as needed.
• Provide guidance on ownership, licensing, and fair use issues.
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in commercial and corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, memoranda, agreements, and client communications.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering strategic, business-focused counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys across groups to develop innovative client solutions.
• Remain current on developments in trademark, copyright, media, and IP law.
