United Future is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Trademark, Copyright & Media Practice Group in California. The role offers a hybrid model, high-profile matters, and broad client contact within a premier AmLaw setting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, strong trial skills, and counseling experience. CA bar admission and a JD from a top law school are required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 2+ years in trademark & copyright litigation and counseling.
• Strong trial experience in fast-paced, high-volume practices.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on development, protection, licensing, and enforcement of trademark and copyright assets.
• Advise on clearance, prosecution strategies, and portfolio management.
• Handle disputes and litigation related to trademarks and copyrights.
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in commercial transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and memos.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate across groups.
• Stay current on developments in trademark, copyright, media, and IP law.
