Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5+ years in technology transfer or commercialization.
• 8+ years' experience in IP protection, licensing, and business development for medical products.
• Strong analytical market experience in medical products and tech transfer.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Review research proposals to identify IP requiring patent protection.
• Coordinate with patent attorneys to resolve legal reviews.
• Develop and negotiate collaborative research agreements (CRADAs, MTAs, MOAs, MOUs, CTAs, PIAs, EPAs).
• Maintain databases tracking patents, licenses, and royalties; prepare annual reports.
