Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, network engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis or systems engineering in DoD/IC or federal R&D environments.
• TS with the ability to obtain SCI
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with Program Managers and SMEs, leading technical discovery sessions and workshops to capture requirements.
• Elicit and translate complex, often unspoken requirements related to classified network infrastructure, secure compute environments, DoD processes.
• Deconstruct ambiguous project scope into clear, verifiable technical requirements within a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Support infrastructure deployment initiatives from initiation through design, development, testing, and deployment across multi-level networks.
• Craft BPMN process models and DoDAF/OV views to dictate secure data flow across classification boundaries and cloud environments.
• Balance multiple concurrent analysis efforts with rapid turnaround.
• Serve as primary requirements interface between ITD and DARPA offices; maintain awareness of classified environments and CDS.
• Coordinate integration of new experimental nodes with existing architecture and security controls.
• Lead RMF activities and ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and DISA STIGs.
• Maintain clear communication with government stakeholders and executive teams; translate technical efforts into status updates.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for requirements management and program execution
