Job description

Our client is seeking a mid‑level associate (class years 2022–2020) to join its IP & Technology Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling IP and technology components of corporate transactions—particularly M&A—and will be comfortable working collaboratively across offices and practice groups.

Key Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IP & Technology Transactions experience within a law firm environment
• Strong background supporting M&A matters
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• Active membership in the California bar strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced, cross‑office setting

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this California-based role is $310,000–$390,000, dependent on experience, skillset, and other job‑related factors consistent with applicable law. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary year‑end bonus.
