The role emphasizes meticulous document preparation, calendar management, and client invoicing. Must have strong detail orientation and communication skills, with technology proficiency in iManage, InTapp, Chrome River, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Eligible for full-time benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of administrative or client service experience preferred.
• Proficient in iManage, InTapp, Chrome River, Adobe, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

• Draft, edit, and proofread documents with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
