WilmerHale’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice seeks associates with 3 to 5 years of post-JD experience. Positions are available in Boston and other major offices in the US.

Qualified candidates will have a JD, be licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, and bring excellent writing and analytical abilities with a collaborative work style. Base pay, bonus and benefits are highly competitive with peer firms.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing where based.
• Strong writing, analytical skills, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take/defend depositions and handle motion practice.
• Conduct written and expert discovery, draft pleadings and motions.
• Assist with inter partes review and ITC proceedings where applicable.
