Job summary

WilmerHale seeks associates with 3-5 years of post-JD experience in Intellectual Property Litigation. Positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC, with hybrid or on-site work depending on office policy.

Candidates should have a JD, be admitted in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess strong writing and analytical skills to contribute to collaborative litigation teams at a leading international firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor is required and must be licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
• Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
• Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
