Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills and analytical ability; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
• Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
• Inter partes review and ITC proceedings a plus.
