Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
• Experience in IP/patent litigation is a plus but training will be provided.
• Ability to manage demanding workload independently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation and trial support to the practice group as needed.
• Organize logistics for patent-based trials; maintain files and exhibits; prepare case notebooks and pleadings.
• Proofread and cite-check pleadings; review production documents; assist with other litigation tasks.
• Maintain and monitor litigation dockets and due dates.
• Prepare correspondence, memos, and documents; manage document copying and proofreading.
• Familiarity with FRCP and FRAP; file information with government agencies and courts.
• Prioritize heavy workload; adapt to shifting demands; handle multiple tasks.
• Assist with special projects and other litigation duties as required.
