Job summary

Our Client in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to support attorneys on patent litigation and related IP matters from inception through trial and appeal.

The role requires 4+ years in patent litigation, familiarity with Federal Circuit and district court filings, and strong CM/ECF, PACER, and USPTO procedures. ITC experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree is required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience with Federal Circuit and district court filings.
• Strong knowledge of CM/ECF, PACER, USPTO procedures, cite checking, and Bluebooking.
• Experience supporting discovery, depositions, trials, and large-scale document management.
• Familiarity with PTAB proceedings and patent research.
• ITC experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• The role will work closely with attorneys and case teams on complex IP matters, including discovery, legal filings, trial preparation, PTAB matters, and case management.
