Job summary

Estrin Legal is seeking a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to support a high-stakes patent litigation practice in Washington, DC. This hybrid role partners with top IP litigators on complex matters involving federal courts, the ITC, and PTAB proceedings.

You will manage large-scale discovery, prepare for depositions and hearings, and assist with drafting motions and pleadings. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IP litigation and hands-on experience with Section 337 investigations and USPTO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP litigation experience.
• Significant experience with Section 337 investigations before the ITC.
• Experience with USPTO review and reexamination proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex patent litigation in federal courts, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, and PTAB proceedings

This isn't general commercial litigation. This is cutting-edge patent litigation involving federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

If you've handled Section 337 investigations and know your way around a complex IP case from complaint through trial, you'll feel right at home.
