Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 0–3 years client-facing experience in professional services or IP-related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools; willingness to learn new systems.
• IP services experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the pod's shared inbox; triage messages, respond, route, and keep response times fast.
• Support Senior Account Manager's client correspondence to ensure quick responses.
• Travel with Senior Account Manager to client offices and events to present a unified team.
• Maintain accurate contacts, activity logging, and engagement documentation in Salesforce; support onboarding and reporting.
