Job summary

Avnet's Business Development Manager for IP&E Power identifies growth opportunities on the West Coast, partnering with customer engineering and procurement teams to influence specifications, design-ins and product adoption. You will translate needs into credible power solutions that support revenue growth.

You will serve as a technical resource for AC/DC and DC/DC power products, collaborating with account managers and suppliers to position solutions that meet performance, reliability and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with IP&E power products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of IP&E growth plans by engaging customer engineering and procurement teams to influence specifications, design-ins, and product adoption.
• Identify opportunities for power products through technical discovery and solution alignment.
• Act as a technical resource for IP&E power products, including AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies, power conversion, and power distribution solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers, field applications engineers, and suppliers to position solutions that meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.
• Analyze program and account performance related to power solutions, providing feedback on success factors, gaps, and emerging growth opportunities.
