Direct-hire and contract-to-hire candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming correspondence from the USPTO and other intellectual property offices.
• Enter and update deadlines, filings, and related information in the docketing system.
• Monitor and track upcoming deadlines, proactively communicating with attorneys and staff.
• Generate reports and assist with database integrity.
• Support attorneys and staff with docketing-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IP docketing experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Experience with Foundation IP preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

$60,000-$80,000 per year
