Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a remote Program Coach to collaborate with local LifeWise teams, expanding and maintaining healthy programs for long-term community impact. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and strategic guidance to sustain thriving programs.

The position focuses on growth, operations support, and proactive risk management across program lifecycles, with a national scope and a strong emphasis on faith-aligned leadership.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years in a ministry or other leadership position.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
• Located in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support local LifeWise teams through yearly operations, expansions and changes
• Empower, encourage, and equip program directors and leadership teams to achieve growth milestones, maintain sustainable programs and grow in local autonomy
• Manage data in high volumes with efficiency and accuracy within the LifeWise CRM platform
• Monitor program health benchmarks and key performance indicators to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities for intervention
• Develop action plans with local teams to address challenges and maintain overall health
• Evaluate program health and growth and document necessary information within the LifeWise CRM platform
• Other responsibilities as assigned

About the Job

The Program Coach works with local LifeWise teams to expand, develop and maintain healthy programs, ensuring long-term sustainability. Through coaching, accountability, and encouragement, the Program Coach empowers program directors and local leadership teams to sustain healthy, thriving programs that become permanent fixtures in their communities.

This remote full-time position serves as a trusted support for growth, ongoing operations and changes over the lifetime of the program by monitoring program health, identifying risks early, and providing strategic coaching that keeps programs moving forward.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• 3+ years in a ministry or other leadership position


• Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs
