LifeWise Academy Inc. is seeking an Implementing Coach in Pennsylvania to guide local LifeWise teams through the T-Minus Launch Plan, ensuring timely launches and long-term program sustainability.
You will coach program directors and leadership teams, monitor health metrics, and provide strategic guidance to overcome barriers and keep initiatives moving toward launch readiness.
Decades ago, our nation systematically removed Bible education from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back. Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.
We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. But we want to change that and we need your help!
About You
You love Jesus. You love kids. You enjoy helping others succeed. Whether encouraging someone through a challenge, celebrating a milestone or helping a leader develop a plan to overcome obstacles, you find joy in seeing people grow in confidence and effectiveness. You are organized, proactive and able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time. You naturally follow through on commitments, communicate clearly and aren't afraid to have honest conversations that help people stay on track.
You notice when something doesn't seem right and ask good questions before small issues become big problems. You balance encouragement with accountability and are energized by helping teams achieve ambitious goals. At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Above all, you know this isn’t just your career. It’s a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the gospel.
