Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Liberty Hill, TX seeks a part-time Assistant Program Director who is gospel-centered and detail-oriented to help lead our team alongside the Program Director and Leadership Board. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks.

The Assistant Program Director will serve under the Program Director. This role supports LifeWise 5 L's, coordinates logistics and communication, and contributes

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers
• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program
• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district
• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)
• Language: The communication element of the program

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity, under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers


• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program


• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district


• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)

The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!
