Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time, non-exempt role supports a broad range of administrative tasks and serves as a bridge between church and school partners.

The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, actively involved in a local church, and experienced with spreadsheets and virtual meeting platforms.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's and related program tasks
• Coordinate with Leadership Board and local partners to support program operations

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity, under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers


• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program


• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district


• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)


• Language: The communication element of the program

The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!
