Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered, detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to support the local Program Director and Leadership Board in Kentucky. This part-time role involves assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks and helping lead the LifeWise 5 L's with a focus on service and mission.

The ideal candidate will display a mature Christian faith, active church involvement, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer settings.
• Experience using spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing LifeWise 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, Language.
• Support program operations and coordination with the local Program Director and Leadership Board.
• Coordinate fundraising, budgeting, and communication efforts for the program.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity, under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's

• Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers


• Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program


• Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district


• Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)


• Language: The communication element of the program

The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!

Qualifications and Experience

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith


• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the \"What We Believe\" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith


• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity


• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace
