The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crushing, screening or environmental equipment and proven experience managing a dealer branch with responsibility for commercial and operational

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch in a heavy equipment dealership.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive productivity.
• Experience coordinating sales, service, parts and administration.
• Willingness to relocate to Iowa or based there.

Responsibilities

• Deliver branch revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales, rentals, parts and service activities.
• Manage staffing, training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance across the branch.
• Build and maintain customer relationships across the territory.
