Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to groups.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills using proper grammar and spelling when speaking and writing.
• 10 years of technical selling experience with related product lines.
• Deep technical understanding of cellular gateway/router solutions and boosting solutions.
• Proven experience with building and delivering complex BOMs and customer quotations.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial success and mindshare for designated product lines.
• Provide presales solutions support to sales and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain technical training content, labs, presentations, and materials.
• Build and maintain complex price lists.
• Scope technical solutions to address customer requirements and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Meet targets for profitable sales growth in product lines and markets.
• Coach and develop sales team members’ product knowledge and skills.
• Support RFPs for complex cellular gateway and boosting solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led training to partners and end-user customers across the U.S.
• Coordinate webinars and on-site training for groups and individuals.
• Create training schedules and agendas.
• Develop formal Training and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Track training data and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to enable deals.
• Assist in design and build-out of demo devices for trade shows and events.
• Develop channel proficiency in presenting value propositions.
• Collaborate with all Product Management team members.
• Other related duties as requested.
