Silicon Labs is seeking a Hardware Product Manager to own IoT SoC products from concept through definition, collaborating with IC design, software, marketing, and operations to shape roadmaps and drive execution. You will present strategy to senior leaders and balance R&D efficiency with market needs.

Qualifikationen

• Requires BSEE/BSCS or equivalent with 6+ years in semiconductor PM or IoT.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including to executives.

Aufgaben

• Define SoC product requirements, features, specs and KPIs for CPU, co‑processors, accelerators, PM, peripherals, security and radio subsystems.
• Map market requirements to product use cases with block diagrams and protocol features (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Thread, etc.).
• Define hardware and evaluation tools and interfaces (JTAG, SWD, ETM, etc.).
• Collaborate across IC design, test, software, marketing, applications, operations and sales to build long-term innovation and silicon definitions.
• Drive development from concept to definition and pitch ideas to executives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and disassembly to guide design and specifications.
• Manage the portfolio of products aligned to target applications.
