Job summary

Focus in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Device Software Product Owner to bridge Device Product Management and Software Engineering, owning the end-to-end mobile app feature portfolio for connected hardware devices.

You will drive user retention and NPS through continuous feature delivery, quality management, and data-driven optimization, partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to enable launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in product management, preferably as Product Owner, with ownership of shipped consumer features post-launch.
• 2+ years in Agile/Lean environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), writing user stories, and managing sprint backlogs.
• Experience defining, instrumenting, and reporting on product performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device features in the mobile app from vision to post-launch iteration.
• Maintain and prioritize a feature backlog to maximize user retention and NPS.
• Gather competitive intelligence and feedback from alpha/beta groups.
