Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a hands-on Mobile Product Owner to manage day-to-day product management and delivery of enterprise mobile apps. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, QA, and technology teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

You will create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, using AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and release communications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related role.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Basic experience creating wireframes or prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and release planning for mobile apps.
• Bridge business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for development teams.
• Draft wireframes and flows to visualize experiences using AI-assisted design tools.
• Partner with UX/UI to refine designs for a simple, intuitive user experience.
• Leverage AI tools to iterate on wireframes, requirements, and documentation.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA to track progress and readiness.
• Maintain product info and roadmaps in tools like Aha, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Prepare release communications and status updates with AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/automation to improve efficiency.
