Job summary

PrePass is seeking a Product Owner for Mobile Apps to drive innovative mobile software that grows the business. You will partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into executable backlogs and ensure delivery of high-quality apps across platforms.

Based in Phoenix with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and analytics to prioritize features, run user tests, and continuously improve mobile products that meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent.
3+ years as Product Owner or similar in software development.
Experience delivering mobile apps in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including PM, Eng, Design, QA.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for mobile initiatives.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, criteria, and specs.
Continuously refine backlog to maximize business value.
Collaborate with managers, designers, developers, and QA to gather requirements.
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
Conduct user research and validate product direction with stakeholders.
