Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, field service, or a hands-on role.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software environments.
• Experience with IoT devices, mobile technologies, or connected systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical systems (120V-480V) including relays and contactors.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IoT devices and hardware to diagnose issues across hardware and software.
• Diagnose electrical system problems and perform diagnostics.
• Support connectivity through cellular or satellite systems.
