Job summary

MediaTek USA is seeking a Field Applications Engineer with solid experience across IoT, Smart Fitness, Smart Appliances, Security & Surveillance, Robotics, Home & Building Automation, and wired and wireless products. The candidate will provide technical support for IoT OEM customers in North America, focusing on embedded software and SoC integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams for failure/root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, while maintaining effective communication

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Field Application Engineering for IoT, Smart Home, and related products.
• Strong knowledge of IoT SoC applications and Wi-Fi PHY layers.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and customers.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IoT OEM customers and MediaTek chipsets.
• Drive cross-functional teams for failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
