Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead Connected Device Security and Data Protection programs across a shared services healthcare environment. You will develop, implement, and mature security capabilities protecting medical devices, data, and insider risk with governance and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience.
• 2+ years implementing or managing DLP/Information Protection/Insider Risk.
• 1+ years of leadership/team lead experience.
• 1+ years of connected device security (IoMT/IoT) in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connected Device Security (IoMT/IoT) and Data Protection programs.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with cybersecurity objectives.
• Drive deployment and management of DLP and Information Protection capabilities.
• Establish governance, policies, and workflows for Insider Threat program.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, IT and Security teams to reduce risk.
