Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, CISO Program & Operations to lead governance, planning, and execution of the enterprise cybersecurity program.

You will coordinate strategy, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to align security initiatives with business priorities. This role oversees project intake, portfolio management, budgeting, vendor governance, and continuous improvement, delivering data-driven insights to enable transparent decision-making across IT and risk

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity program management and risk governance.
• Ability to track initiatives, priorities, and reporting performance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Experience developing executive materials and metrics for program health.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy facilitation and program oversight aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Coordinate project intake across stakeholders and ensure proper scoping.
• Manage cybersecurity portfolio, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce KPI/KRI dashboards and executive reporting for leadership.
